“If there is a common thread in my work, it is that life is both beautiful and brutal - and we must hold both truths.”

How We Work Together
-
Our Philosophy
At Common Thread, we believe that healing and growth happen through warmth, collaboration, and genuine connection. Our practice is built on the belief that counseling should be inclusive, supportive, and meaningful—where you feel truly known and understood.
All of our clinicians are licensed professionals with advanced training in one or more evidence-based modalities. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and to continually growing as people and therapists/counselors. Our clinicians meet regularly for consultation, ongoing supervision, and professional development to ensure that our clients receive thoughtful, well-informed, and compassionate support.
We value relationships that make a difference. Our goal is for every client to feel that their time in counseling matters—that they are not only receiving care, but being accompanied in a way that supports real and lasting change.
