All 50-minute counseling sessions are $175.
This rate reflects the average for experienced, independently licensed therapists in Oregon. It accounts for the time and care that goes into each session — not only the work that happens during your appointment, but also the professional preparation, note writing, and coordination of care.

Our rates allow us to maintain a sustainable practice that prioritizes accessibility, clinician well-being, and the ability to offer flexible scheduling and individualized attention to each client.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we are happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and we can help guide you through that process.
